What has it been used in?
We have delivered in a wide range of fields for various applications.
Certain projects, however, cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreements with our customers. Therefore, please contact us first.
What happens in the event of a power outage?
For the electric type, the magnet brake is activated instantaneously in the event of a power failure, and stops and maintains that condition.
For the pneumatic type, it can be used until the air supply is cut off. However, for safety reasons, when a power failure is detected, move the Raku Raku Hand to a safe standby position, etc., and separate the workpiece.

Will you come for an on-site check?
We will be happy to visit. However, due to potential scheduling issues, please contact us first to discuss.
What if I don’t have the actual workpiece?
If there is no actual workpiece for a new product, etc., we will hold a meeting based on samples and product drawings, etc., to ascertain what the actual workpiece would be like.
When you contact us, please let us know that you do not have the workpiece.

About Manufacturing
What is the delivery time?
For custom-made Raku Raku Hand, the process after the order is placed is as follows: Design, finalization of delivery specifications, production arrangement, total assembly, completion inspection, and our shipping inspection. Therefore, we ask for a delivery time of close to 4 months.
Can you accommodate specified colors?
We can at an additional cost. Please inform us at the time of the specification meeting.
About Operation
Is it possible to start operation on the same day as the delivery?
It is possible depending on prior planning and preparation.
About After-Sales Service
Can you accommodate changes in workpieces or locations of use?
We will be happy to modify or relocate the machine if it is within the scope of the Raku Raku Hand and machine specifications.
Since there are many cases where production work is involved, we would appreciate it if you could consult with us at the planning stage so that we can avoid any problems in terms of delivery time.
