We believe that the key to problem solving and improvement lies in the worksite. Therefore, we will observe the worksite to find out what needs to be solved or improved. Please be assured that even if you have a new plant or a new line that we cannot see on site, as we will use our past experience to assist you.

Our salespeople, who know the field inside and out, do not simply offer problem-solving or improvement proposals. We will devise specifications for you and make proposals so that the adoption of “Raku Raku Hand” will be more effective. Based on the proposals, we will work together with the customer to create a Raku-Raku Hand that will bring greater satisfaction to the customer.

After receiving your order, we will make a detailed design of Raku Raku Hand’s end effectors, pedestal section, etc. The end effector part affects ease of use and workability. We hold daily discussions to come up with ideas and create end effectors that make work safe and comfortable.

We manufacture Raku Raku Hand while picturing how it will be used by our customers. Wiring and piping are carried out in consideration of the finish condition of surfaces that operators’ hands come in contact with during machining, and of ease of use during assembly. Furthermore, in the final shipping inspection, an operation test that simulates actual operation is conducted, and the product must pass this test before it can be shipped. This rigorous approach has led to our customers’ confidence in Raku Raku Hand.

During delivery and installation, members who are familiar with the characteristics of the Raku Raku Hand perform installation and adjustment work with safety first.

During the test run, we check with the customer to make sure that the specifications created with the customer are acceptable. We will tune the system on-site if there are any points that we cannot figure out without actually performing it. We then check the level of satisfaction through actual operation, and the evaluations we gain from this process give us confidence and pride.
