For Rotor Assembly
RAKU RAKU HAND
ABOUT More freedom than a robot
Hand-assembling motors with precision

Solution to customers’ desire to assemble the rotor without contacting the stator. Introducing the Raku Raku Hand that can handle “rotor to stator assembly work” created by taking advantage of the characteristics of the pneumatic Raku Roku Hand and our end effector technology.
In addition, this Raku Raku Hand is equipped with an energy-saving circuit and is committed to carbon neutral activities.

Product Feature Details
The energy-saving circuit of the Raku-Raku Hand for rotor assembly minimizes wasteful air consumption and reduces carbon dioxide emissions. As with other Raku-Raku Hand models, special attention was paid to “safety” and “ease of operation.”

Energy-saving circuits reduce greenhouse gas emissions
When the lever is released, an energy-saving circuit automatically stops the air supply. It helps to achieve carbon neutrality by reducing wasteful energy consumption.

Wedging prevention
The system is operated two-handed to prevent hands from being caught between the workpiece and the end effector.

Drop prevention
Even if the rotor should slip off, the anti-drop mechanism will hold it in place for peace of mind.

Position Fixing with Guides
The magnetic attraction to the stator is held in place by the guide with a force greater than that of the magnet.

Weightless Feel of Operation
The free and flexible operation that works in the same way as with hands allows fine positioning.
